🛍️ Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

🚚 Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within: 5-7 days

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, dependent upon location and USPS delivery times

    • Please note that weekends, holidays, and peak seasons may cause slight delays​

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days, dependen upon location and USPS delivery times 

    • Please note that weekends, holidays, and peak seasons may cause slight delays​

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only support shipping within the Unites States of America.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within  7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. However, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

Q: Can I exchange an item? 
A: We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us at contact@bari4creations.com for help.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes! We use encrypted payment processing and never store your full payment details.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Not at this time, we are working to offer gift cards in the near future.
